McCoy Memorial Library
Built In the 1880's by Chalon Cuard Cloud as a private dwelling and later willed to the city by Mary E. Cloud McCoy.
The Library is on the first floor and a museum and genealogy room on the second floor.

People's National Bank Building
Originally, The Cloud State bank, was erected around 1871 by Chalon Guard Cloud and his cousin, Chalson Guard McCoy.
The "architectural style" of the building is a combination of various styles of the time. |
