Happy Halloween – Horror movies now in theaters.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Rated R (108 min)

On August 20th 1973, police were dispatched to the remote farmhouse of Thomas Hewitt, a former head-skinner at a local slaughterhouse in Travis County, Texas. What they found within the confines of his cryptic residence was the butchered remains of 33 victims, a chilling discovery that shocked and horrified a nation in what many still call the most gruesome mass murder case of all time. Now, for the first time, the only known survivor of the killing spree has broken the silence and come forward to tell the real story of what happened on that deserted rural Texas highway when a group of five young kids inadvertently found themselves besieged by a chainsaw wielding madman who would leave a trail of blood and terror that would forever be known as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Rated R for strong horror violence/gore, language and drug content.

Freddy vs. Jason
Rated R

A group of teenagers finds themselves stuck in the middle of a battle between two forces of evil: silent stalker Jason Voorhees and gabby dream master Freddy Krueger, as the battle wages from Elm Street to a climactic finale fought at Camp Crystal Lake. Starring Robert Englund, Ken Kirzinger, Monica Keena, Jason Ritter and Kelly Rowland. Rated R for pervasive strong horror violence/gore, gruesome images, sexuality, drug use and language.

House Of The Dead
Rated R (100 min)

On a remote island in the Straight of Juan de Fuca, the mother of all raves is taking place. Planning to join their friends at the party, a group of young people charter a boat from an apprehensive sea captain and set out for the long weekend of their lives. But when the group reaches shore, they find that local legends surrounding the "Isla del Morte" are terrifyingly real and an unspeakable evil has been anticipating their arrival. Nightmarish horrors from beyond the grave lurk behind every sound and shadow, each waiting for their chance to pounce on the living and bring them into the swelling legions of the damned. The only place that offers the survivors any hope of sanctuary is the dilapidated, foreboding structure that resides at the very heart of the island... the "House of the Dead." Rated R for pervasive strong violence/gore, language and some nudity.

Jeepers Creepers II
Rated R (106 min)

As its 23 horrifying days of flesh-eating come to an end, an ancient creature known as the Creeper embarks on a final voracious feeding frenzy, terrorizing a group of varsity basketball players, cheerleaders and coaches stranded on a remote highway after their bus breaks down. Fighting their own fears and prejudices while trapped aboard the isolated bus, the terrified group of young athletes are forced to come together and do battle against the winged creature hell-bent on completing its grizzly ritual of feasting on humans. Rated R for horror violence and language.
