Sponsored by Williams Hill Pass OHV Recreation Park and Little Egypt Public OHV Recreation Area, with funding from IDNR’s OHV grant program, this conference will have sessions on Trail Development, Maintenance & Rehabilitation; ATV Safety and Education, Equipment and Rider Training; Sound Monitoring & Guidelines; Insurance and Liability Issues; and DNR’s OHV Grant Program. Clark Collins with the Blue Ribbon Coalition will be the guest speaker following the Saturday buffet dinner. Riding opportunities will also be available on Friday at Williams Hill Pass OHV Recreation Park and on Sunday at Little Egypt OHV Recreation Park Area.
