Mr. Sullivan was born on November 6, 1959, in McLeansboro, a son of James H. and Frances (Brandon) Sullivan.

The funeral was at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 1996 at Gholson's Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Rev. Robert Sefried officiated. Burial was in IOOF Cemetery.

Mr. Sullivan is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Sullivan of Enfield; two brothers, James B. Sullivan of Carmi and Jeffery Scott "Moe" Sullivan of Enfield; one sister, Janet Burton and husband Michael of Mt. Vernon; and a special friend Robin.
