Alice Pauline Flynn, 76, of Tacoma, Washington, died October 7, 1999 at her home.
She was born May 14, 1923 in Hamilton County, a daughter of George J. and Cleo (Sexton) Brown. In 1942, she married James V. Parsons and they moved to the Seattle, Washington area in 1956. He passed away at the age of 42.
Memorial services were held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 1999 in the Chapel of Life Center Assembly of God Church in Tacoma, Washington where she had been a member for eighteen years. A reception was held at the church.
Mrs. Flynn is survived by her husband, Edward of 33 years; one daughter, Julaine (Ray) Nichols of Isaquah, Washington; two-step-daughters, Sherly (Steve) Coleman of Sumner, Washington and Maureen (Rick) Valentine of Kent, Washington; three grandchildren, Pamela (Tim) Lewis of Sumner, Washington, Rhonda Reid of Bothell, Washington, and Kynn (Stan) Hofland of Snohomish, Washington; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Geraldine (Steve) Swartzs of McLeansboro and one niece and three nephews.
