Audrey Allen Buswell, 75, of Morocco, Indiana, died on Sunday, August 13, 2000 at the VNA-Mary Bartz Hospice Center in Valparaiso, Indiana.
She owned and operated Audrey's Shoppe in Morocco where she did crafts, silk flowers and upholstery work.
She was born March 17, 1925 in Hamilton County, Illinois, a daughter of John and Elizabeth McPeak Allen.
She is survived by three daughters, Donna Doty and husband Wilbur of DeMotte, Indiana, Carolyn Geller and husband Tim of Morocco, Indiana, and Betty Lebo and husband Ernest of Winamac, Indiana; one brother, Arlie Allen of Hammond, Indiana; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 16, 2000 at the Lang Funeral Home in Morocco. Rev. John Weeks officiated. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetery in Morocco.
She had been a resident of the Morocco area since 1950.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Morocco.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Willie Allen, Floyd Allen, and Osborn Allen; and one sister, Roberta Allen.
