Patricia Jean “Patty” Cullum, 47, of McLeansboro, died Tuesday, August 1, 2000, at the home of a daughter of cancer.
She worked in community health care service for several years.
She was Protestant.
She was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon on September 3, 1952, a daughter of Harold and Viola (Bowles) Baumgart. She married Larry Cullum and he survives.
Surviving are her husband, Larry; three daughters, Carrie Ann Piercy and Amanda Jean Cullum, both of Belle Rive, and Shelly Dee Cullum of Dale, Illinois; a stepdaughter, Sarah Lizabeth Deering of New Carlisle, Ohio; a sister, Judy Messersmith of Parker, Arizonia; two brothers, Alvin Baumgart of Malin, Oregon, and Richard Baumgart of Salem, Oregon.; six grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild.
Graveside services were at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2000 in Dutton Chapel Cemetery in Golconda. Rev. Randall Ragan officiated.
Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro was in charge of all arrangements.
