Beulah M. Lankford, 74, of McLeansboro died of complications of arthritis at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2001, at Hamilton Memorial Hospital.

She was a member of Star General Baptist Church near Eldorado.

Surviving are her husband, Donald; a son, Kenny of McLeansboro; two sisters, Lou Dean Smith and Goldia Hale, both of McLeansboro; a granddaughter, Michelle Lankford; nieces and nephews; and a caregiver, Tonyja Cruse.

Funeral services were at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2001 at Harre Funeral Home. The Rev. Curt Yarbrough officiated. Burial was in Braden Valley Cemetery near Dale.
