Florence Estella Baldwin, 87, of McLeansboro, died at 3:00 p.m. on October 22, 2001, at Marion Memorial Hospital.

She was a Vice-President and Plant Manager of Joseph G. Baldwin Company in McLeansboro.

Mrs. Baldwin was born on May 16, 1914, in Laurel, Mississippi to Joseph George Baldwin and Sarah Susan (McKenzie) Baldwin.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on October 25, 2001 (Thursday), at Harre Funeral Home. Rev. Rachel A. Stockle and Rev. Leland Widick officiated. Burial was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in McLeansboro.

She is survived by a brother, Joseph G. "Bob" Baldwin and wife Ann of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; a sister Eurdyce "Buster" Baldwin of McLeansboro; three nieces, Sue Baldwin of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Lynee Chappell of Wichita, Kansas and Jan Stockton of Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Mrs. Baldwin was a member of First United Methodist Church in McLeansboro and a board member of the Department of Human Services Review Board.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a infant brother.
