Mary C. (Wolf) Zachman, 61, died Friday, December 28, 2001, at her home of cancer.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Piopolis. She was on the board of the Hamilton County Housing Authority.
Surviving are her husband of 29 years, Gary Zachman; two daughters, Ramona Sandusky of McLeansboro and Michelle Cox of Mount Vernon; three sons, Officer Chad Zachman of Fairfield, Eric Zachman of Flora and Art Young of McLeansboro; three sisters, Rebecca Blades of Dahlgren, Jackie Robert of Mount Vernon and Susie York of McLeansboro; three brothers, Dr. Jerome Wolf of Seguin, Texas, William Wolf of Benton and David Wolf of Dahlgren; four grandchildren, Jeremiah and Jason Sandusky, and Brittani and Cassie Young; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur E. Young II, in 1970.
Funeral Mass was at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2001 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Piopolis. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
