Marjorie L. Wilson, 71, of McLeansboro died at 2:20 p.m. on Monday, January 1, 2001, at her home of a heart attack.
She was born on February 24, 1929, the daughter of Harley and Mary Braden Enlow.
She married John W. Wilson on May 29, 1943 and he died in 1992.
She had worked at McLeansboro Healthcare Center from 1986 to 1989.
She was Protestant.
Surviving are a daughter, Becky Ellison of Olney; three sons, Lenny and Jimmy, both of McLeansboro, and Sherman T. of Livingston, Texas; a brother, Charles Enlow of Alton; 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John W., in 1992 and an adopted son, Gerald “Butch” Minder.
Funeral services were at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2001 at Gholson Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Sefried officiated. Burial was in Hickory Hill Cemetery near Broughton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one adopted son Gerald (Butch) Minder, one brother Jess Enlow, and a half brother Ross Rosenbaugh.
