Mildred Maxine (Hall) Lewis, 76, of McLeansboro died Wednesday, November 14, 2001, at St. John's Medical Center in Springfield of complications from heart surgery.

Surviving are her husband, Donald C.; a daughter, Sandra Jenkins of McLeansboro; a son, C.J. Jenkins of Norfolk, Virginia; a sister, Virginia Jones of McLeansboro; two brothers, Leroy Hall of Phoenix and Monroe "Toby" Hall of Bloomington; five grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two husbands and a daughter.

Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2001 at Gholson Funeral Home. Burial was in Ten Mile Cemetery.
